⚖️ Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Protocol

To keep the chill atmosphere and protect our community, we apply the following incident management system. In this guild, we value honesty and the ability to correct mistakes.

🛑 Sanction Levels

Verbal Warning (Minor): For minor disrespect or disruptive behavior.
- Note: These warnings expire after 60 days of good conduct.
Administrative Sanction (Serious): For recidivism or offenses that affect the group. Means temporary loss of access to benefits (chests, ranks, premium activities).
- Redemption Path: The player may choose to complete a Redemption Mission to immediately recover permissions (see below).
Permanent Expulsion (Very Serious): For theft, scams, betrayal (spying) or harassment. No redemption allowed.

✨ Redemption System (Level 2)

If you’ve received an Administrative Sanction, we don’t want you to feel excluded. You can choose to serve the sanction time or complete one of the following Redemption Missions to show your commitment to the guild:

📦 Provider’s Path: Donate an agreed amount of resources or full daily chests (T5+) to the guild treasury to help the collective economy.
🛡️ Mentor’s Path: Accompany and protect a new member during a 1-hour farming session or learning group.
👁️ Watcher’s Path: Serve as a scout in an official guild activity, prioritizing teammates’ safety over personal fame.
🎁 Patron’s Path: Deliver 3 complete sets (Tier 4.1 or higher) to the “Newcomers’ Chest” to help those who lose their gear.

Once the mission is complete, an Officer will restore your permissions and announce your full reinstatement to the group.

⚠️ Severity Clause (Bypass)

The following actions result in immediate expulsion and permanent ban, without right to warnings or redemption missions:

Theft or scams against members or the guild.
Selling information or location to gankers/enemies.
Extreme toxicity: Racism, sexism or personal harassment.
